Flew to Rome to board the ship.Booked an expensive junior suite and the experience was ruined by two anti social demons in the stateroom next door.Mother and daughter from New Zealand.On the 2nd day they were shouting and bawling and swearing and using the F word.I spoke to the cabin steward who promised to get it stopped.

We chose this cruise because of the ports of call and our Parents, who went with us, are Platinum members on Princess. The check in was the quickest we have experienced in comparison to Royal Caribbean. The Food choices each day in the restaurants were excellent and very appealing to look at.

The booking experience was not great with the dining time being changed from 6.30pm to 5.00pm without our knowledge and the on board packages being altered on the day we were booking them. Ship was not tired as others had advised and we thought it was in good condition.
Embarkation and disembarkation were excellent and UK Customs Checks happened on board 2/3 days before docking at Southampton.

First Med cruise and first cruise with Princess. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. Staff were so nice. Food was fantastic. The activities and shows were all very good.
