First cruise since the COVID hit and everything ran better than expected. Crew members were great. Lance, our steward, did an amazing job and was always upbeat and pleasant.

This was our first cruise going thru the Panama Canal. What a wonder! Leaving San Francisco turned out to be very efficient. Princess crew waiting at baggage to direct you to waiting room and bus. First port was Cabo San Lucas where we took the whale watching excursion. Turned out to be our favorite! Large clean boat with great crew. Princess crew excellent. New show on Bravo best ever. Medallion Class made ordering drinks, finding shipmates, contacting ship’s crew very easy. My door unlocked just by walking up to it. I did this cruise once before through the Old Locks and this was even a better experience. The entire passage through the locks was narrated by an experienced commentator and was also on the TV in my room so it was easy to appreciate it. I also was happy with all the ports selected.
