I chose this cruise as I have cruised Princess frequently in the past and it has by far become my favorite cruise line UNTIL this cruise. I have canceled all future Princess cruises due to this horrific experience. The lack of basic customer service was unbelievable. I understand they made the decision to not stop to do a pick up in Le Harvre due to weather concerns. I am fine with this issue ...
