This was Plan C in terms of our preferred destinations due to covid. We are a younger couple and have cruised in the past.
The BAD:
Cancelled/changed itineraries: including Colombia, and grand cayman and both replaced with bahamas. (Colombia was the reason we booked so we were sorely disappointed i do give props to princess for trying to fix the situation!)

Cruise was a replacement for 03/2020 cancellation. Some aspects were above average, some average and some poor.

The port of calls was the main reason we chose this cruise. The ship didn't end up going to Columbia as planned because it had to divert course since there was a medical emergency on board. We were good with that as if one of us needed emergency care we would want the same.

We did a full transit in 2004 on the Coral Princess ,and wanted to see the NEW improved canal since the additional locks were added.
Over all it was a great crossing and neat to see the new canal and gates. the crowd was older and more scooters on this cruise than on previous Princess cruises.

I choose this cruise because wanted to do the Panama Canal it was our first time with Princess and will be the last time.
The food was terrible with no variety with lots of junk food deep fried
