Poor service at the Horizon Court Buffet, not a great selection of foods, boring breakfast, seemed to be geared for the UK customer’s foods and likes, Cruise did not feel very international, an unfriendly crew, and waiters who had no sense of urgency. There were no instructions as to what channels were on the TV. Eventually after asking a crew member I was told channel 22 would give you the menu. It would have been helpful if this had been on a card by the TV with a list of regular channel numbers.

Embarkation was the smoothest and fastest we have ever experienced and same was true for disembarkation. The ship looked fine to us, yes it needs some updating but not a big deal.
