Where Has My Princess Gone?
"My husband and I chose the 7 Day Canada/New England trip with two objectives in mind: We wanted to see Maine and Canadian ports and we wanted to spend a few days in the embarkation city, New York. We are seasoned..."Read More

My Husband & I had never been to the East Coast and I was excited to see the fall colors. We are both history buffs and I wanted to explore the history of this region. Our room was excellent and my favorite which is the last balcony on floor 14 as the balcony is a bit larger and the view is better for me. Our room Stuart was excellent. The bed and pillows were very nice. Room service in ...

This cruise is not my favourite itinerary but we did want to see the East Coast, especially New York and Quebec and both were fabulous. Could not get into Bar Harbor or St. John due to rough seas. I would have rather gone in September for better weather. The staff were all awesome except for our room steward who was not that great. We had an accessible room and it was fabulously large as was ...

Nicely re-furbished older ship, but the cruise did not meet our expectations

We took this cruise because we wanted to see Fall foliage, enjoy some cool weather and visit a part of the country we hadn’t yet visited. The ship went to great measures to avoid a repeat of an apparent increase in the level of GI outbreak they experienced on the previous cruise. Crew was constantly wiping down, and no passengers were allowed to handle buffet serving utensils for nearly ...

This was our 8th cruise and our first experience with Princess. Our overall experience did not rise to the level of our previous cruises with Celebrity and Cunard. If the Princess cruise line is supposed to be an "Up-scale" brand for the Carnival Corporation, then they have ways to go. We noticed small things that were not quite right. The service was often very good, but inconsistent. Our ...

My wife and I wanted to do a different cruise this year so we decided on the New England to Quebec cruise. After looking at several cruise lines we choose Princess because of the itinerary and the reputation. We arrived 2 days early in New York and stayed in Brooklyn not far from the cruise terminal which worked out great, as we could drop our bags in the morning and then take the NYC Ferry to ...

This was our first cruise to Canada and New England. Embarkation was an absolute shambles. Apparently because of a coast guard inspection but since the ship had freshly arrived from Europe this should have been envisaged. Ship itself is in great condition and can not really be faulted. Entertainment was the poorest ive seen on my 8 princess cruises so far. Comedian was not funny and just ...

The itinerary was great. Food quality was not the same as it has been before when we sailed in 2016 with Caribbean Princess. - [ ] New York receiving people are not very helpful - [ ] Once onboard the Safety training had nothing to do with safety - [ ] Food was not up to past princess sailings - [ ] Sanitizing was way out of control. Sinks in fresh market slowed the process. - [ ] ...

I chose this cruise for the itinerary. I had cruised on NCL Gem with the exact itinerary several years prior and wanted my daughter to experience it with us again. We wanted to try the Princess line, as we had experienced NCL, Celebrity, Carnival and HAL. The pricing for a deluxe balcony and interior cabin were about what we had paid for a recent Celebrity cruise to Bermuda. Given the price and ...

This was our 35th cruise and our first one on Princess in about ten years. We left from NY and stayed at the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott the night before embarkation. The hotel was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. My brother and his wife traveled with us on this Canada cruise. We arranged though the hotel to get a van to take us to the port about noon and boarded with a short wait. The ...

Greenland has always been on my bucket list and when Princess announced they were doing a round-trip from New York with three port stops in Greenland, the price was a little high but I signed up immediately. We did get a substantial price drop, at the expense of my husbands AIB package. We have sailed the Caribbean Princess several times, she is and older ship and she tends to show her age, but ...
