I had sailed on with Princess before and loved it so I chose Grand Princess for the 10 day Mexican Riviera cruise from Jan 12 to 22.
The ship is aging but they are always working on keeping her looking 'Grand' There are new carpets and flat screen tv and the medallion system is almost ready to go.

We have cruised many times (with another cruise line). This was the lowest quality of food, variety of food, lack of customer service, and mediocre entertainment that we have experienced. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed deluxe balcony on deck 14 at the front of ship. The spa was wonderful. The Enclave experience was not worth the money.
