Worst ship I have been on in awhile! Worst service I have had on the Princess Fleet. Staff likes to stand around and do nothing. It seems that they do not care about customer service and when I spoke to guest services, they said oh well. I was going to be over charged by the photo gallery for photos that I had pre-purchased. They try to buckle and dime you even after you have pre-paid for the ...
We chose this cruise because we had already been onboard for 30 nights and we just couldn’t face packing and going home, plus we wanted to take another stab at exploring Manzanillo and getting ridiculously good tacos at Tacos Gardenias in Cabo San Lucas. This proved to be an excellent strategy.
The trip was similar to the sailing of 12/17, but with the advantage of fewer guests and new and ...
We chose this date because we wanted to get away from Bay Area rain and winds. We had sunny days and no rain on our cruise! We liked this time as most children were in school with hardly any on the ship. We felt Princess is doing everything they can to keep passengers safe. Most Princess staff did not go off the ship at ports keeping less people to possibly get COVID. Ruby Princess staff was very ...
We chose this cruise over three years ago, in November of 2019. We were originally booked for October 2020, and we were so excited. By April 2020 we realized that our cruise wasn't going to happen, and we lost our enthusiasm, stopped the countdown. They didn't cancel our cruise until July 2020, three months out.
Well we rebooked for August 2021, but you know what happened. Then our travel ...
We were party 8 people traveling from December 30th, 2021, to January 4, 2022, to celebrate the New Year.
On the last day of the cruise 5 of us tested positive for Covid. My husband slipped on the wet deck, that the crew had not cleaned up. Princess tried to charge medical bills, but the safety officer reviewed the tapes and found that he was not at fault. Since we arrived at home he is still ...
This was our 11th Princess cruise and our 14th cruise overall. We were desperate to get away for a few days after all this Covid lockdown time. It was an eight-hour drive to Los Angeles for three of us (the worst part of the trip) and a flight from SLC for the other two.
Cruise prep was fairly onerous. Pre-cruise Covid testing wasn't as bad as we expected with the at-home test kits done with a ...
Itinerary was the reason I choose this cruise, did not like the ship, lot of wasted space no one used ,built for the chinese market. Food was poor over all ,Harmony restaurant not worth up charge, Crown Grill was the best place to eat, Main Dining was hit or miss, Didnt even put a garnish in your drink witch has gotten smaller, over all it was not as good as past cruises. Buffet food was very poor ...
We love Princess and understood that Covid was going to make it more difficult, however we were impressed on how smoothly everything went. A couple of things we weren’t impressed with were:
The 1st Comedian and Magician were terrible
The Enrichment Lecturer was terrible, some of the content was good, mostly not and she was very boring
The buffet wasn’t as good as usual, however did ...
We loved this cruise. We've taken over 15 cruises and his one is a keeper! We loved the itinerary too. It was great being able to stay overnight in Cabo, our favorite port. We also were really happy to stop in Loreto. Loreto is a cool, sleepy town that is very clean, low key and kicked back. We would like to fly there on a separate trip sometime. We were told that the airport is only 15 minutes ...
The cruise was exceptional because the crew we interacted with were professional & courteous and provided great service at all times. This was our first time using the Medallion service aboard a Princess ship and we were doubtful on its usefulness other than unlocking our cabin door, but there were so many other benefits that we hadn’t thought of that helped us to enjoy the cruise.
