Princess did not give me the promotions I was supposed to receive!

Review for a Mexican Riviera Cruise on Majestic Princess

It's unfortunate that my cruise was heavily marred by Princess not giving the promotions I should have received, because otherwise it was a great cruise. I will not go on another Princess cruise unless they somehow make it up to me because they clearly have shown to this point they are untrustworthy, and you may not get exactly what you booked! I booked the cruise specifically last-minute, ...

Very Disappointed With This Cruise

Review for a Hawaii Cruise on Grand Princess

Boarded on 1/19 and had been tested 3 times for Covid and was negative including before we boarded the ship. On 1/21 we had to be tested again as a requirement of Hawaii. My wife tested positive for Covid and was taken by medical to another cabin for a 10 day quarantine, but I tested negative, so they had me stay in our booked room. This made no sense to me, since we are married and sleep ...

We were party 8 people traveling from December 30th, 2021, to January 4, 2022, to celebrate the New Year. On the last day of the cruise 5 of us tested positive for Covid. My husband slipped on the wet deck, that the crew had not cleaned up. Princess tried to charge medical bills, but the safety officer reviewed the tapes and found that he was not at fault. Since we arrived at home he is still ...

This was a short 5 day cruise to Cabo San Lucas. I've taken this cruise many times before. The food was horrible in the dining room. Couldn't tell from the menu listing what kind of food you were getting. Waiter didn't even know what the word "Beef" meant when I asked if there was any available. Waiter forgot to serve 1st courses. Head Waiter(?)/ Maitre de was very rude, condescending and should ...

Majestic Princess not so hot

I chose this a my return to cruising after more than 2 years not on a ship. This would be my 3rd cruise on Princess, the first on the Majestic. I have cruised at total of 8 times on different cruise line. I found the ship to be elegant and looked clean and well kept up. The crew was fantastic and I would have rates this cruise much higher if I was evaluating it only on these things but I'm not ...

An almost complete let down compared to prior princess cruises

Review for a Pacific Coastal Cruise on Grand Princess

We had decided to cruise on princess for our third time this October and brought a friend for their first cruise on princess. Prior to going we talked up the wonderful experiences we’ve had on princess before. What a let down and embarrassment this cruise was. With the exception of the wonderful staff this was the worst cruise I’ve experienced. It seems that princess is cutting corners and costs ...

My father wanted to see the Panama Canal. It was 5 adults - my father, my sister and husband, myself and husband. Our entertainment was poor. The best was the comedian next to last day. The service was horrible in internet. We talked to him. He gave us info. We tried it and it didn’t meet with our expectations and wanted to change it two hours later and were denied. The beverage service ...

For us this was the cruise of a life time for us. Celebrating a Birthday, 45th wedding anniversary and retirement Cruise. We live on the east coast. And proberly will not go west ever again. So we picked this one. The itinerary was great. The island of Moorea was the most beautiful island we have ever seen. True paradise. We have seen every island in the Caribbean, nothing even comes close. Oh ...

We wanted to do this itinerary and our regular cruise line wasn’t doing it at the time we wanted to go in January so our travel agent suggested Princess and said they were a good cruise line. They were definitely not up to the level of service or up to par on food experiences compared to other lines we have been on. It’s the first holiday I’ve returned from and didn’t gain any weight. We were ...

Great expectations-awful reality

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Emerald Princess

Starting at embarkation sitting in an overcrowded hall for the better part of 3 hours - we were not off to a good start! No credible explanation from Princess; no bother to greet the arriving pxs when they finally made it on board. Balcony stateroom was okay but was very shocked to find torn sheets and stained pillowcases on the bed (replaced 2 days later). Room steward was great as were a few ...
