At the end of one of our production shows. These are some talented people and the shows were very well orchestrated. Always got standing ovations.
On the first night, I dined solo in the Bordeaux Dining room. Very classy service, terrific food, and a varied menu.
Using both chairs, I was able to lounge quite comfortably on the patio.
Another look inside the thermal spa.

Wonderful itinerary on an old but comfortable ship
"Two more days at sea and we arrived in Greenland but not before a little deviation that our wonderful captain decided to give us at the last minute, due to adverse weather on our original course.1hr), probably because if they didn’t get on board there would be no way for them to join us in Greenland so they would have to cut their cruise in half and return to their homeland...."Read More

I prefer smaller ...

We’ve just come back from a fabulous cruise on Island Princess. We had so much fun and made lots of new friends. There were a few niggles, which I’ve highlighted here but nothing that spoiled our enjoyment. Embarkation was really easy and fast. Having used the Medallion app to upload all our details, we sailed through check-in and was on board within 15 mins. Two days before the cruise, ...

Missed two ports due to wind, but cruise was delightful

Two of the ports (Haugesund and Lerwick) were missed due to high winds. But our purpose for the cruise was to visit Iceland, and those ports were great! Food was average and service was great. Arriving without luggage from flight was annoying but the ship tried hard to accommodate our situation. The transition from COVID-intensive to normal cruising is happening slowly and still impacts ...
