We really loved this cruise itinerary! The ports were amazing!! Couple tips were get out an hour early if you make port midday some people waited hours to get into Dublin day 1! Every other port was simple and well done with complementary shuttles in some ports too! Missed tender in guernsey so be prepared if it’s waves you are not leaving! Food at dining room was amazing bring a suit for formal ...

Panama Canal from the Atlantic

My wife and I took the Panama Canal cruise in April 2018, 10 days and 5 ports. The good: weather was excellent; cruise staff was courteous and helpful; stateroom well kept; food choices generally excellent, although I missed fruits like papaya; exercise room well kept, ample equipment; a good variety of music, and dance classes; free on demand movies. My wife spent some time at the spa, ...

St Martaan Flying Dutchman / Rainforest Adventure TERRIBLE experience

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Regal Princess

This is an excellent cruise with the exception of the excursion on Saint Maarten. The Regal princess is not one of the superliners but had all the excellent options typical of a great cruise line. Do not consider the Flying Dutchman/ Rain Forest Adventure. The staff was unsafe, It will take much longer than planned, the service was disrespectful and I’m surprised Princess sponsored them. Shame ...

This was our 14th cruise and third cruise with Princess. The staff seemed very tired and overworked. The internet service was poorly managed. It was very expensive and then the system would eat up minutes just logging on, and twice I was unable to successfully log off the system and lost over 40 minutes just trying to get the system to disconnect. I received no help from Princess- just ...

Chose this cruise based on the itinerary and price with perks offered. Also had been on a previous Princess cruise many years ago which was fantastic. Embarkation went smoothly and reasonably quickly. The buffet areas were large with good seating and lot's of food choices for each meal. The quality was very good. For those who chose breakfast in the dining room, the service was good ...

Quality lacking

Chose it for the ports we hadn't visited before. Quality and choices of food were lacking in dining rooms. Went to Horizon Court for more options which I have never done before. The selections are so bad Princess is offering hamburgers on every dinner menu. Three of the ports weren't worth visiting for points of interest. Looked appealing in cruise description before booked, but in reality ...

Old ship and it smells.

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Island Princess

It was a 15 days cruise to some places we'd never been. We traveled with another couple and we all decided this would be a nice cruise. We will never take the Island Princess again, it is quite old, has added too many rooms for the facilities (gym, all dining rooms, loungers, pool), everything is overwhelmed by the number of guests. I've never been on a ship that had an old cabbage (or worse) ...

Spring Break Cruise

Just back from a week long Western Caribbean cruise with the Regal Princess. Had a great week because of the company, there were six of us all there for Spring Break from California. Great times and memories with the girls, but some not so happy thoughts about the ship. Embarkation was delayed due to Coast Guard inspection and we had been given notification of that. The employees both at the ...

Canal is great, cruise is ok

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Coral Princess

The Panama canal was on our bucket list and there are not a lot of cruise lines that offer this cruise. The canal is awesome and such a marvel to see and go through, and the ship was nice, but nothing special. We were very disappointed that during our early morning hours (7am) venture through the canal we were standing at the back of the ship in the Sanctuary to take pictures of the canal and even ...

Disappointing but good points

I chose this cruise for the ports visited and the slightly longer length than my usual week. As a solo traveller who will not cruise without the luxury of a balcony it is an expensive holiday due to the 100% surcharge for single occupancy. However , that is my choice. I loved the fact that this cruise departed on a Tuesday - no crowds at the port for embarkation and this aso made a ...
