Staff is great and they out of their way to please customers. Food is below average and repeats every day. Ship layout is amazing and provides feeling of a smaller ship. Nothing is ever crowded. I wanted to try a royal class ship and picked the enchanted princess for the European ports. But as luck will have it . They had to cancel Madeira due to a naval pilot strike.
