Had to change from another cruise line due to ship being redeployed, so chose Princess Cruises. We also wanted to spend a couple of days in Vancouver and Seattle, this cruise allowed us to do this.

Our first Princess Cruise was fantastic. Went with another couple and we had a great time. Weather was fantastic in all ports. Missed Tracy Arm, but Endicott was great. Viewing very close. The ports were awesome and the dining staff were also great. The room stewards were lazy and only did what they had to. The bed fell on me and I got "sorry". No special treatment on this cruise, no towel animals or anything extra for sure, just the bare minimum. Food was ok but not a lot of variety. I would give this cruise 3.5 stars rather than 4. The embarkation was a breeze and didn't take long at all. It was very efficient. We boarded the ship in Seattle. We liked the selection of food at the buffet but the taste wasn’t great nor the preparation.
