All I will say is that COVID must have devastated Princess. Their cost cutting measures are extensive. As a top of the line suite passenger, we come to expect certain little things that help make the cruise memorable. We chose this cruise based on a great casino offer. We had sailed on her in 2008 and 2009 when she was fresh and nearly new. Today the ship is in fairly decent shape. Enchanted is an incredible, relatively large capacity ship that caters to the adult crowd. It is a relatively new ship, so still very clean and well crewed by a very attentive and knowledgeable crew.
