We wanted to see the destinations offered and had used Princess several years ago and thought their service was very good. Times change! Food was lousy in main dining room. They tried to nickel and dime us to death...... everything has a charge now including a tour of the ship, room service, etc. Crowds were not managed well and there were a LOT of long and painful lines. Our cabin steward ...

I just returned from 13 days on the Diamond Princess to New Zealand. Well..firstly the entertainment was completely NON-EXISTENT!! Each day that would hold events like "Guess the Price of the Painting"...some crappy piece of colour that was suppost to be attractive. Come to Efys..You could win an original piece of jewelry. Once again crappy costume jewelry. We played a game one day throw a ring ...

We embarked in Sydney with 5 family members travelling together....at this point we were excited and looking forward to our holiday This was our first cruise with Princess as other family had sailed numerous times with them and spoke very highly of them..As the days progressed we quickly realised that there was very limited entertainment on board ( especially for our age group) and it was quite ...

This was our third Cruise, we are in our late Fifties, and work in Hospitality. Our first cruise was around the Mediterranean on the Ruby Princess, then a 18 day cruise from Sydney to Hawaii on the Celebrity Solstice, both these cruises were exceptional, with the Solstice a shining star ! Embarkation - great Tours offered - very good Medical center and staff - excellent Art ...

Our trip was to join princess cruises on their 50th anniversary along with our 50th wedding anniversary. What a memorable occasion!! - not!!! Mixed up dates visiting melbourne & hobart. Princess cruises had advised them, but we did not find out till the ship was underway. We had booked to meet friends in melbourne whom we had not seen for 50 years & also a tour in hobart, but because of the mix ...

After sailing with other cruise lines in the past and having a blast, we decided to sail with Princess for the first time due to the itinery they offered over the holiday period. Biggest mistake I have ever made. I don't normally complain and have spent just as much time writing raving reviews on here about our other great cruises, but this was a disaster. We checked our bags in at the luggage ...

My wife and I recently returned from our fifth sailing on "Princess" via the "Diamond Princess". I regret to say that this trip was one large disappointment! We had sailed on the "Coral Princess" in December 2007 and were extremely pleased with that voyage. The service and food were great. Therefore we looked forward to our 12 night cruise on the "Diamond Princess" from Sydney to Auckland ...
