Dining : We were on the Sapphire Princess in February and the food in the Horizon and main dining room are much much better than Diamond Princess as the menu are all the same on the Princess to keep their cost down. This is our third and last cruise with Princess. The cutbacks in entertainment and previous offerings were felt by not only us but many other passengers we spoke too. No happy hour.
