I thought the boat was nice and the cruise destinations were good, however the staff and cruise line were very uninformative. There was a change to our first port of call and we were not told at all. Hence missed out on a tour for the Amalfi coast drive not booked through the ship.

The food is uninspired. With a small number of offerings at the Horizon Buffet that changed only slightly from day to day. Food from venue to venue tasted pretty much the same. I'll start by saying that we are a family of 4 adults who only chose Princess based on the ports of call in the Mediterranean. The destinations were great, more time at Messina and Crete would have made this portion of the trip outstanding (i.e. 10 to 12 hours at these ports would be ideal).
