I chose this cruise because it was supposed to go to Lerwick in the Shetlands. The weather wasn't very cooperative but that isn't the ships fault. The ship had a few problems and it needed work. We completed our 25th Princess cruise on this trip and are still loyal to Princess. Actually, we did three back to back cruises with this trip being the third. Yes, agree that the ship needs some updating, the beds replaced, linens updated, and some of the furniture around the ship. We were on the Crown 7 years ago and I thought it was beautiful then, and I still do. Of course it is older and will get cosmetic refurbishment in March 2018, but the crew takes good care of the ship and the staff is very friendly and caring.
