Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on Regal Princess

2nd time on the Regal in 2 years, slightly disappointed this time, some crew need to actually smile and have some fun, some bar staff should not be behind a bar, they looked like someone had just stolen their wallet Avoid rooms beneath the horizon gally as they bang and crash around cleaning at 1.30 am also can feel the vibration of the engines in this area this was not acceptable, to their ...

Great ports, mediocre food.

We choose this cruise because of the ports it was going to. The Regal Princess is a good looking ship. Our cabin steward was excellent and kept the cleaning standards very high. The food was OK. Although 2/3rds of the passengers were Americans, and a big mix of Canadians, Australians, and UK people. The buffet menu was very heavily Asian. Nothing wrong with Asian food but I don't think Princess did ...

We loved the cruise. We spent 3 days getting over jet lag and enjoying Copenhagen. It's a colorful and friendly city. Embarkation could not have been better. We got right on the ship with no waiting. went up and got something to eat then right to our stateroom. I love the way the buffet is set up. It is the easiest I have ever experience and I've done about 50 cruises. Our experience on ...

Last Time on Princess Cruise Line

My wife and I took this trip just to get away. We are platinum members which should indicate we are experienced cruisers on Princess. We rarely complain and are usually quite laid back. However, Regal Princess was a prime example of Princess going down hill. We felt that this "flagship" had gimmicks instead of improvements. A glass bottom walk-way which allows one to look down over the water, ...

We selected this cruise based on the dates available and choices of stops. If you purchase a suite make sure the quality is there or say something right away. The overall trip was very good ! We have sailed with princess 16 plus times and the quality of our suite were below princess standards. The hotel and staff mgmt. Staff never came by to introduce themselves and make there services available. ...

Transatlantic Repositioning Cruise

The Entertainment Cruise Director and his staff were excellent but most of the other crew I could only rate as average. The balcony BA cabin was adequate for a 14 days cruise but the balcony was small. The ship itself is great but there are a number of things that let it down. Namely no central staircase which means even to go one floor you have to take elevator. The shops have a small array of ...

You simply cannot fault Princess Cruises & this was another exceptional cruise with them. If you ever get the chance, definitely take the Transatlantic sailing at least once in your life, you won't regret it. DINING: Outstanding and catered to my husbands allergies. Fantastic variety of options usually themed to the ports we were in. PORTS: Fantastic with a wide variety of paid shore ...

Maybe it just wasn't fair... our last cruise- last year a 17 day TA from Fort Lauderdale to Venice was fantastic- wonderful service, from the ding room to lounges to the cabin. Our tours, except one, were more than perfect. On this ship the service was spotty- a fabulous server followed by someone who had no idea what he/she was doing. People sat in bars forever waiting for service while ...
