Where do I begin? Their package was all-inclusive as described however, included were the 15 drinks/day which didn’t rollover if you never made it to the 15 mark., unlimited intermittent WIFI per 1 device only., a specialty dining inclusion, (I’m pretty sure you had to pay for Sabatini’s Italian restaurant as well as pay a Room service delivery charge if ordered from app or in the stateroom ...

All new ports and new lock canal transit for us. Ship's first cruise since a three week dry dock. Not sure what work was performed but ship had some issues. I think CP was built in 2004. The first thing we noticed was all the windows on the Lido deck were so filthy dirty you could barely see thru them and the window in our restricted view cabin on Emerald deck 8 cabin E308 also dirty. One morning ...

Pros first - great entertainment on board on all nights. Possibly the best service I have received on a cruise - from bar waiters, to dining room staff, to room steward - nothing but superlatives. Cons - For a ship just out of drydock the condition of the room was poor. Bathroom floor tile were cracked, grout was cracked and shower drain was caulked in. This ship was an 18 day cruise, with ...

We have an Princess Alaskan cruise planned for 2017 & decided this would be a good way to try out Princess for the first time. We have travelled different cruise lines & had never done this itinerary. The first problem was when we were notified about the noro virus on the ship the week before. Then we were asked if we would like to sail another week because finding out on the ship was overbooked. ...

We loved this cruise. My husband has Celiac Disease and they went over the top to make sure he was able to eat well. One helper in the buffet even prevented a near disaster and warned my husband not to eat something. Our waiters during dinner did a great job of taking care of us. It was also so easy because we took a shuttle to San Francisco and didn't need to do any flying. We love sailing ...

Had one of the worst starts to cruise with over 90 minutes waiting in various line ups for embarkation. So slow that they had to delay lifeboat drill as the line up was still very long at 3pm when normally everyone is onboard. Appears staff were still in training mode. No Princess staff outside of building, only Port Police. Lots of older people with clear handicaps were waiting in long lines. We ...

We booked this cruise last minute and I must admit I did not enjoy this ship as other Princess ships I have been on. I tried often to access the Skywalkers Nightclub only to find it booked for private parties. I wanted to see the view during the day not at night. I understand booking private events like weddings, which was one of the reasons, but on the only formal night on our cruise we were not ...

We sailed on the Salute to Veterans cruise, Nov. 5-9, 2013 out of Houston, TX. This was the first cruise to sail from the Houston Bayport Terminal. We arrived in Houston two nights before embarkation, so we could see some of the sights of Houston. We stayed at a Candlewood Suites, which was convenient to the port, and had shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We visited Kemah Boardwalk ...
