Embarkation was 4 hours late in starting, no heat for days despite 40 degrees outside. Numerous calls and visits to desk were put on back burner. I always wanted to go on a trans alantic cruise and found it a very relaxing way to cross the ocean. The Princess Caribbean was a great ship and lots to do during the day or night. This was our first Transatlantic voyage. The renovations to the ship were very noticeable as we had sailed twice before. Enjoyed the BBQ based Planks restaurant which replaced the Horizon buffet. They had great tasting options for breakfast and lunch at no charge.

I wanted to do a Transatlantic and see the ports I had never seen this ship came out of dry dock without completing the work. They were still laying carpet while cruising.
