Compareed to the another, we have been on this ship is in a league of its own. The staff , the decor , the quality of food . And the way the staff bought everyone together during the Christmas celebrations. We had an awesome cruise on the Coral princess. The entertainment director amazing. Leo the floor manager at one of the restaurant excellent service. The casino manager an absolute pig.He ...

Successful First Cruise

Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Coral Princess

The Coral Princess was recommended to us by a Youtuber and they were shown to be so right. In brief I loved it. The embarkation process from Brisbane was not as chaotic as I feared and we were on board in under 30 minutes. However I have to say that lots of people ignored their arrival notifications and they were the cause of any difficulty others may have faced. Our Balcony Cabin seemed ...

A great cruise on a great ship

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Coral Princess

We originally booked this cruise to have a break from work as my husband and I are self-employed. You can't help but relax on this beautiful ship. However, my head agency (I'm a travel agent), made this cruise our conference cruise. So this worked in really well for me. The crew on the ship are so happy to be back. They were so welcoming and nothing was a problem. They would all say "Hello" as ...

We had a great cruise

Right from the start our cruise got off to a wonderful start: The new Brisbane Cruise Terminal works well as the whole process from arrival to being on board having a delicious lunch in the dining room only took 30 minutes. The ship is in impressive condition given that it is 20 years old. The decore was very much to our liking. It is an elegant ship with staff keeping it in sparkling condition. ...

Great ship, great ambience and amazing staff

We loved this ship even though twenty years old because the venues such as the Explorers Lounge and Wheelhouse Bars are not found on the bigger new ships. We had not seen a similar venue to the Universal Lounge on other Princess ships. This is a great venue for production shows and big bands and as we love dancing, great for dancing the night away. The entertainment in all these venues was ...

Like new ship. Fantastic staff. Fabulous Trip

We chose the trip for one reason - get back to cruising (Australia only reopened to cruise from Apr'22). Although a 20-year-old ship, it was spotlessly clean, well maintained and functional. In fact we would rate this ship above Ruby Princess, the last ship we travelled prior to pandemic shutdown. Staff were all fabulous - they are all friendly and approachable; they remember your ...

We chose this cruise on the Coral Princess as we've cruised on Princess ships previously, but not the Coral. Also, very convenient to depart and return to our hometown so there were no travel/flight expenses. Great crew, very friendly and helpful. The food, as usual, was up to Princess standards. A couple of issues though. (1) We are very aware of the impacts of Covid but were not overtly ...

Just cruised on Majestic Princess from Brisbane to Sydney (2nights). This cruise was fantastic and not long enough. We had an inside cabin which was roomy enough and beds are very comfortable, but pillows not so comfortable so glad I bought my own. I have many food allergies & intolerances & this is the first time I have eaten at the buffet & specialty restaurants as the staff were very ...

After being on loads of cruise ships some good but most bad, I have to say Majestic princess was an outstanding surprise. The food quality was excellent even in the buffet.. The bed comfort was the best I have ever been on, they usually are so hard and put my back in spasms but this was exceptional cloud like comfort. So many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from, and so many areas on the ...

Diamond Princess - Around Australia-Bali

My wife and I have cruised many times with Princess, 21 times in fact. We are both in our early 60's. I have just read a review of this Cruise posted by photomavin71, really, his critique is so wrong (in my opinion) and in the opinion of many fellow passengers, I am wondering if he/she ever left the Cabin. We found the service on board as good as I we have received anywhere in the past, be it ...
