The specialty dining (Bistro Sur La Mer, Sabatini's, Crown Grill, Alfredo's) and their wait staff, and the cabin stewards were excellent. That's where it stops, unfortunately.

Ship was very old and customer service the worst!

Whilst the embarkation and dis embarkation went very smoothly and the cabin and the ship itself was of a good standard we were left feeling disappointed at quality of the food on offer and the additional charge if you wanted a steak rather than what was offered on the menu.
