The cruise to Tasmania was what I had been wanting to do .Princess was far superior to the p@o cruise I took a year ago.Food Cabin Entertainment Staff everything was much better .The food in the bistro was restaurant quality. The on shore excursion choices were very good variety and value for money. On board entertainment offered something for everyone. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very ...

We cruise majority p@o from sydney-couple mid 50s in age Stepping onboard the ruby was like entering a hilton hotel in comparision to a glorified rsl club in australia that is p@o onboard at 12 noon ,,then lunch, room avaliable at 1 p.m.smoothest start ever for me ruby is a real gem,so many spaces to explore, the different themed rooms have plenty of seating, and nice touchs of ...

We expected a lot more based on the past experiences related to us by friends and family. The room service menu left a lot to be desired even when they delivered what we ordered, which was about 10% of the time. You can't get toast with breakfast even if you ask for it! Our room was a tired shade of beige, with both lampshades conspicuously held together by sticky tape. I can only assume the ...

Terrible for people under the age of 70 or younger kids

If you are under the age of 60 and love to have a great time, laugh, drink, socialise and be entertained then this cruise is NOT for you. It was 95% retirees over the age of 70. The activities and entertainment were designed to entertain the same age bracket. We are in our 30/40s and found the activities boring and the demographics were way too old. There was not even any background music playing ...

Embarkation was a breeze and no wait really whatsoever. Sydney port is congested but we got through it very fast. We were booked in a Mini Suite on this Royal Class ship and found it to be in perfect order. They have added more electrical sockets and USB ports which are very nice. The ship is new and it shows it. The layout is just beautiful and the inside center is massive. We found the ...

The fiordland national park although it was included in the itinerary it was cut short by the captain. The lame excuse was - the sea is too rough. Therefore we missed seeing both the Dusky and Doubtful sounds. I have visited in the past these two breathtaking sounds with a similar sized ship with much rougher seas and larger swells. Anyway, anyone knows that entering the sounds the sea gets way ...

They need to have a Keto menu. We follow Keto for health benefits, no sugar no flour but there was only no sugar items made with flour or no flour items with sugar. If you changed gluten free option to Keto you would be serving both of us. We only have cream in our coffee and had to request it each time, then we got so much it seemed a waste. Also took a while and then the coffee was cold. Why ...

Majestic Princess Review 2019 A summary/review of sorts for NZ 01 to 14 Nov. WOW, what an amazing ship, we had a brilliant time 13 nights Syd to NZ. I had been worried this ship may have too many people to find our own space to relax, but I was wrong... Time & time again we found heaps of seats free, inc on sea days, at : Cabanas and lounge areas in H'wood conservatory, inside and ...

We have been on other Princess Cruises and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. The are many different types of restaurants and pizzerias to choose from, and staff were very helpful especially the waiters Sergio Diaz and Enrique Tabora in the Concerto restaurant. The front desk staff and helpers Olga Antoshchuk and Andrea Rodriguez were friendly and that helped make our cruise an ...

We are Elite with Princess and have never experienced as many problems as we did with this cruise. Embarkation was fine and smooth. We were told the rooms would not be available until 1 pm but we could go and drop stuff off in them. Our Suite was ready but noticed a few things missing. Those being the fruit basket, our second mini-bar and the pamper pack in the bathroom. We did enquire about all ...
