We have had the pleasure of cruising the med on several occasions, we booked this thinking it was a 14 day cruise with the usual everyone off and on at the beginning and the end (as was our previous experiences). Just came back from a fabulous 14-day med cruise from Athens to Gibraltar and back to Rome.
- Ship: 4 STARS. The ship was just refurbished and was in tip top shape. It's a very pretty ship but is not one of the newest, 5,000 passenger "mega" ships with roller coasters and 18-hole golf courses.

We enjoyed the new beds/bedding added to the Crown Princess recently and benefitted from a spring refurbishment to the ship. Just back from enjoyable cruise. Embarkation quick. Ship in good condition. We had previously sailed on Regal 3 yeas ago and did notice some cutbacks- mainly in deck bars drinks quality and MDR choices but on nights we went we still managed to find something!!Food in Horizon court was great-don't miss the seafood buffet!Crown Grill was good too.
