Better bathroom in my RV

Review for a Hawaii Cruise on Pride of America

Had a chance to go to Hawaii, and I always take advantage of those opportunities. This ship was part of a package, so I had no choice of cruise lines. This is an old ship, in need of an update. The cabin had a lot of storage, but not much else. The bathroom was simply substandard. The bed lamps are in a horrible location, preventing you from sitting up in bed. The food was adequate. The ship had ...

Ok, let me begin by saying that getting on the ship was very easy. No real wait time, but then you had to wait for your cabin to be cleaned and ready for you. They let one group of travelers off and then have a new set coming right away, so they really can’t check everything (which I learned). Then you have to wait a long time to get your luggage because there are only a few (2) people handing out ...

This was the only cruise available that just toured around the islands. The food was OK but not much above average. We were told that there was no night that served lobster. If we wanted it, a specialty restaurant would have to be chosen. If we brought a bottle of wine onboard, we would be assessed a $15 corkage fee. Other cruises allow you to bring aboard one bottle per person. We took advantage ...

Visited many of the Hawaiian islands and there was a variety of things to do on and off the ship. Balcony cabin was way too small for three people but would be fine for two. Ship clean and crew were all helpful and friendly. The food was good but nothing special. Cagney' Steak house was the best. Our waiter, Daniel , made our meal most enjoyable. He explained the items on the menu and made my 10 ...

I enjoyed where the ship took us. My biggest complaint is the customer service. People that work on the ship could work on customer service. They are not very helpful nor have any kind.of urgency about them. Like to complain about other workers in front of customers. We have been on 4 other cruise before this one and they all had exceptional customer service. So this really threw us back in ...

THE islands where beautiful and I can't describe which island was my favourite. All the islands were beautiful and the staff were very nice. THE best part of the ship was the 3 speciality meals Brazilian CAGNEYS AND tteppanyaki. drink package was great and plentiful. THE POOL was good and warm. THE major downfall was that the room had a great balcony. BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE to get ...

Chose this cruise because we wanted to return to Hawaii having visited before. So briefly it is truly about being in Hawaii and not the cruise itself. The islands are spectacular but the ship isn’t. We have cruised many times and wouldn’t even rate this based upon the ship. For someone who wants to see Hawaii this is a great way to see the islands. We rented cars and used Gypsy app to guide us ...

We picked this cruise because we wanted to see several of the islands. It was unfortunate that we had to miss a port because of a medical emergency on board and we were disappointed but then there were two more medical emergencies. Maybe NCL needs to review its procedures while I feel badly for those needing medical assistance perhaps a better trained staff and more extensive medical services ...

Because you can pick it up in Honolulu Cabin steward was perfect, staff helpful Dined at t. Jefferson Bistrol. waitress was poor, did not service us right away. Took her 15 mins to get our wine. Food was average Had a better meal at the Liberty with great service Entertainment and shows were good Enjoyed our 3 shore excusions Service at the coffee bar, waitress took our order but ...
