Living room, dining room, private balcony with hot tub, bedroom with king-size bed and walk-in-closet, a double sofa bed, CD/DVD library, two TVs, luxury bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower and guest bathroom. Butler service and concierge available.
We selected the Owners Suite stateroom 12000 as our accommodations and brought along our grandsons as we do every year. The room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Rooms in the suite class come with a room attendant and a butler, the attendant Rebecca was warm and friendly and virtually unseen for the majority of the cruise, but she did a great job. Our butler Pat was everywhere, extremely responsive, very attentive and quick about fulfilling our requests. Pat reports to the ship's concierge Chris, who is also very involved in the Suite experience and only too happy to accommodate and arrange whatever requests a guest might have. While the room is beautiful, it is not terribly functional. Our experience is mostly in owners suites aboard Royal Caribbean where space is utilized in a very different way. Specifically, the lack of privacy between the bathroom, walk in closet and bedroom makes life with kids difficult. The bathroom is huge so a good deal of the square footage exists there. The full bathroom and walk-in closet are essentially a single space so if someone is bathing or in the toilet, the others are prevented from accessing their clothes. The additional half bath is a huge plus and the balcony and spa are spectacular. One additional comment in regards to the room is that there is a major tripping hazard in the form of slightly raised divider between the closet and bathroom, we must have tripped over that thing a hundred times in 7 days , especially the kids going to the bathroom at night. I'm assuming it's to prevent water from encroaching into the living area but there has to be a better way. Read entire member review >>
We had two cabins 11500 and 13002. We were original booked for 13000 and 13002, but a mix up got us changed. In 11500 that had as a hot tub on the deck. It was not working when we arrived, but our Butler had it fixed by the next morning. 11500 has two rooms and a very large bathroom. the Bathroom has a Bath tub with gets and fit my 6'1" body very comfortably. The living room has a sofa bed that was very comfortable and a dining table that sits four. The Bedroom has a King-sized bed and the doors slide open and closed for privacy if need or open to the living room. There is a wonderful amount of closet and drawer space. So, could complete unpack and move into the room.
Room 13002 is a single room with a very large deck. The room has a very comfortable King-sized bed and two Sofa Beds. The Bathroom is interesting with glass doors round the shower and toilet. Which was a bit difficult for all my children to deal with since they really could only have two people in there at a time. My children stayed in this room and didn't have a lot of closet space so the room was always a bit messy. Read entire member review >>
Big space with a small dining area and couch looking forward from the ship. The view was great, especially for the Hilo and Nepali scenic cruise times.
The balcony was long lengthwise and short on width and majority unusable.
It did have a nice walk in shower and a full king bed. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was gorgeous with a huge balcony, though at the front of the ship with no nice views when docked in container ports-- left side of ship in front at least got partial nice views on a couple of days. Also, being in front, very windy when boat moving so deck is not usable then. Loved the owner's suite amenities which included three free bottles of wine, daily snacks, a refrigerator full of whatever soft drinks we wanted, Butler to make and change dinner reservations, etc. Read entire member review >>
Good size but furniture well past its best. Balcony good but no smoking. Jacuzzi filling and draining very good, water temperature during filling very high.
Jacuzzi electrics failed on second day 24hours later repaired.
Toilet paper provided very thin, fold 4 times before using. Cotton ear cleaning buds very poor quality, in fact once when cleaning my ear the bud came off. Went to ship doctor to remove bud, they were going to charge 110 dollars for me to see the doctor, explained this accident was due to poor quality materials provided, after filling 4 sheets of documents doctor finally saw me. doctor was good.
Butler was good but we only used her once to provide one breakfast.
Generally the accommodation was spacious but out dated and requires replacement. Read entire member review >>
This cabin was selected in order to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was absolutely the most luxurious spacious cabin we have had the privilege of living in thus far.
This cabin was a real treat. The washroom was very large. There was a t.v. in the washroom! Read entire member review >>
Perfect. Clean and well maintained. Porter Larry was the most decent, hardworking individual. We never felt that our belongings were at risk. He did such a great job with our room everyday. Read entire member review >>
This room is amazing. Quiet and secluded from most of the ship, it is also one desk down from the aloha cafe and two decks down from the child care. You take the elevators everywhere else but other wise in a perfect spot not he ship, this stateroom is also two decks directly below the starboard bridge wing. There is so much to enjoy about this room. Early morning sunrises as you come into port while drinking espresso in your private hot tub on the lanai simply can't be beat. Read entire member review >>
Fantastic cabin with a wonderful layout. Very spacious and well appointed. Be sure to ask your butler any questions you havewhen you first see him, as you aren't guaranteed to see him again all week. We didn't!! Read entire member review >>
Fantastic large balcony across the front of the ship which includes a small hot tub that can accommodate two people (but will be cozy). Large living / dining area with espresso machine and bar area. Separate bedroom with king size bed and dressing area. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, large standing shower, and private toilet. Private entrance all the way forward, starboard side. Pride of America Suite 10002.
Large sitting area, dry bar with cappuccino machine, refrigerator kept full of complimentary sodas & waters. Nice dining area & powder room. Large bedroom, king size bed very comfortable, huge walk in closet & dressing area. Very large bathroom, 2 sinks, amazing shower, separate toilet.
The balcony was huge with a table for 4 people, 2 chaise lounge chairs and a spa large enough for 4 if you don't mind a little footsie. Read entire member review >>
See our review for more description of cabin 8500 on POA. It is beautiful and private with an unbelievable bath, but the wind noise is an issue as it faces directly forward. There are rooms of similar category that face side of ship! Read entire member review >>
Great view, you are are just a few feet below the ships bridge. Amazing balcony which stretches across half the width of the ship. No problem with the wind on the balcony even when underway. Read entire member review >>
Owner's Suite, it really does not get better. Private lanai. Quiet. Only complaint was that the combination closet / dressing room was too small, and my wife and I constantly bumped into each other. Read entire member review >>
