Pride of America's Inside Staterooms are a great way for the whole family to cruise. With room for up to four guests these staterooms offer two lower beds that convert into a queen-size bed as well as pull down beds to accommodate two more.
Too small - wow I can't even imagine if the bunk beds were down. it was ridiculously small. and strong sewer stench from time to time. Furniture busted, drawers that wouldn't open close well. Ship moves a LOT! Annoying how much it moves.
Great cabin steward though. Read entire member review >>
Room was very small -- smallest interior cabin I have ever had. We opted to not have the two twins put together or there would have been no room to maneuver without banging your head and shoulders because of the overhead bunks on the two side walls. There was an extra round stool that we put in the closet because the room was that small.Closet and drawer storage is OK.Also AC did not seem to remove humidity from room -- by the end of the cruise all of our stuff was cold and damp.Lighting was also quite dim -- had to use my cell-phone light to locate my glasses when they fell off the nightstand.Spots of mold in shower. It was fine for 2 people but I would NEVER try to get 3 or 4 people in this room. If they had to pull the overhead beds down the person(s) on the lower beds would be VERY clautraphobic (I'm not claustraphobic but would still feel this way). Thankfully we had just 2 people in the room and we were fine with it. I was actually afraid of what we would find due to past reviews but it worked out just fine. Read entire member review >>
8185 was in a good position for us as we only ate at the Aloha Cafe and we only had to walk about 4 or 5 cabins down the hall to the lift, go up 3 floors and we were in the cafe. It was small but we had no complaints, there was plenty of storage space, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was tiny but no more so than other cruises we have been on. The whole cabin was always clean and tidy, with clean towels, including pool ones and a towel animal every night. The fridge was very handy and it was quiet at night, we had no complaints, there was two upper bunks but I don't think I would have wanted anymore people in the room, even small children, I think then you would be very cramped.
