Nice size room for two with unobstructed balcony views. The room was clean and freshened up several times a day by the room steward. The room steward greeted us everyday and alerted us to happenings and news on the ship each morning. He was very personable and willing to please. Our room was mostly quiet except for the Hawaiian music constantly playing on the decks above or below our balcony. It was difficult to just find quiet time to enjoy out on our balcony. Otherwise balcony was pleasant to have. Plenty of space in the bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. Sometimes the bathroom had a Latrine type odor coming through the pipes though. Bed was very comfy. You could set your own temperature in your cabin. As it was hot everyday we were glad to lower the a/c every afternoon after returning from our days on shore. TV is limited with a few news channels, movie channel, and many stations devoted to promoting activities provided by the ship. Don't expect prime time shows to be on. You have to pay for Internet connection. This room was located near the back of the ship and when sailing we could feel the ship move much more walking in the middle of the ship and when in the theatres than in our room. It was close to all the complimentary dining areas. We were happy with the location of our room. Being at the end there wasn't a lot of traffic and except for hearing the music from other decks when we had the balcony door open, it was a quiet location. There were several small drawers near the closet and several larger drawers by the balcony door. The closet has several shelves and plenty of hangars. We were able to unpack our suitcases and put things in drawers or the closets before sliding our suitcases under the bed and out of the way yet still have easy access to them. There is no self serve laundry onboard. Read Less

Yes, the cabin was small, but I've been on cruises before and knew it would be. If you don't take a lot of stuff (or shoes!) it's not a problem. There was a smell when we got there, but it seemed to go away. It got worse by Tuesday -- it was sewage-y. We went downstairs to complain and see if they could fix it our something. We were very nice, not nasty or attitude-y, but clear that something needed to be done. The woman seemed I don't know, not surprised about this and I have a feeling there were others complaining (in fact there was a lady in our hallway asking us if it smelled and the head of housekeeping was trying to find her another cabin). So the guest services lady was helping - she gave us 3 cabins to ‘test’ by smelling. One was forward and not good for me - I get sick that far forward and the other two you opened the door and it’s like someone pooped right there. So I said, “you know what, we’ll sleep on this see how it goes, if it’s worse we’ll come back”. We went to the show (the shows were okay, not great, not bad - remember this is not known for the entertainment) and there was a message on the cabin phone -she had another cabin for us to test and we did and we moved. Also probably because there were 400+ cancellations. Read Less

The stateroom (10046) was small but as expected for a cruise ship. There was about 18 inches between the bed and the wall, so only one person could pass thru at a time. The bathroom had no place to store supplies; no shelves, etc. We did bring a shower organizer that we got on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XPRV306/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ). It hung on the 2 hooks that were already on the bathroom door. I would highly recommend this. The shower is really small; not much room to move around in there. They supply shampoo (no conditioner), liquid bath wash, liquid hand soap, a bar of soap and body lotion. There is a hairdryer and a mini bar fridge. There was room in the fridge to store our water bottles. There is plenty of storage space. We were able to store our luggage under the bed. We did bring a few folding clothes hangers (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BR9YDGF/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ). There are plenty of hangers available, but we had a lot of extra shirts and dresses, so they came in handy. We also brought some magnetic clips (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M03KZV2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) and magnetic hooks (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0787Q54M1/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ). I had never used these before on prior cruises but they did come in handy. The walls on this ship are metal so they worked everywhere. I bought a travel (cruise ready) power strip (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BHVKPC3/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) but didn’t need to use it. There are 3 available electrical outlets; 2 in front of the mirror and a third behind the TV. The balcony is small, but was fine for the 2 of us. There are 2 chairs with 2 footrests, and a small table. The balcony has a metal railing not the plexiglass in front. Be aware if you have small children. Read Less
