We chose this cruise because it was affordable with free air and the destinations were of interest to us. We were not disappointed with anything. Our cruise director, captain, all other staff and especially our food director strived to meet our every need. We were treated with respect and felt very well taken care of.

The main problem was that there was insufficient water in the Elbe to cruise. Viking knew this well in advance and should have given us the opportunity to cancel and receive a refund.
They also changed hotels after they confirmed our booking. Instead of the Marriott in downtown Prague, it was changed to the Corinthia in the suburbs. Not a good hotel and had to get the metro to go into ...

We chose this cruise never having been to these parts of Europe. Our parents had done many Viking cruises and always gave them high scores. Everything about Viking from the initial booking through to departure is first class all the way. What better way is there to spend 10 days being pampered, well fed with Michelin Star food in great company.
