The experience with Viking Cruises was wonderful. Specifically with Odin cruise. It was a dream that became reality.

BUYER BEWARE!! Viking purports to be the cruise line that takes care of everything for you. You can't even book a cruise on line - you need either a travel agent or a Viking representative to do it for you. They take wonderful care of you.....Until you pay your money. This was the Cities of Light tour. We wanted to see some castles and go to Paris for a few days. We thought cruising the river through Europe would be awesome, and it is! We could not have had a more bubbly and upbeat cruise director than Claudia. The staff on the ship do an excellent job, and overall the customer service was impeccable.
