Chose this ship because it was chartered by a classical music station. Plastic flowers in the hallways and in our cabin. If you can't use fresh, why bother? This was my first river cruise. I had no idea what to expect. I must admit that I thoroughly enjoyed my time. The Amadeus Silver II was very nice and the staff was more than helpful and accommodating. We were part of a larger group on board. Some of the members of my group were very particular (to say the least) on what they would eat.. ie... no gluten, no sugar, no artificial anything... ...
