Husbands Covid test result came through in 90 mins. I waited 3 and a half hours to get a text. Complained twice and it was finally suggested I do another one in the terminal. Even then I had to demand the result from a group of non interested staff who were too busy chatting. By this time I was distraught as I feared the worst. I was crying and really upset.
