A positive and nice time.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seashore

We had sailed once each on Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Carnival so although not super experienced cruisers, we have a frame of reference on how other cruise lines perform. Embarkation was incredible. In particular because my wife lost her cell phone in Orlando and since I did not have the boarding copies on my phone, we were arriving blind. It might have cost us 90 seconds as most in check ...

I found so many bad things in this cruise. Cold food in dinings and buffet. Lack of cleanest. Even found piece of burnt plastic in Buffett food. Had to call attendant to clean my room, full of hair and dirty from previous passengers. Room bathroom extremely small, to sit in the toilet gave to be sideways due to proximity to vanity. Not space for your legs. Also the shower is so small that ...

NCL has hit rock bottom with cuts and low quality

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Jade

I usually do not review but others should know how down hill NCL has gone. The food, unless you pay for the specialty meals, is beyond horrible. They have changed out everything including having no hamburger pickles for your hamburger. The food overall is below poor and anywhere NCL can cut, they have. We paid for a suite, we had a suite prior to covid. This suite services and those a few ...

Before booking this cruise with MSC we read all of the reviews which by the way were not so great. However, we took a chance and booked the cruise. The experience was GREAT!!! I truly couldn't understand the complaints that vacationers were posting. Everyone that worked on that cruise liner could not have been more accommodating and friendly. From our room Stewart, our waiters at the formal ...

My husband and I have been on 14/15 cruises and never have we been on one that rocked so much! They scheduled events like dance and trivia in areas where they did not have enough room or seats for the people attending. Both my parents are handicapped so it was more than displeasing that they would make it down to play one of the limited games they could participate in and had NO place to ...

MSC could have been better with a few tweaks.

This review highlights both the positive and negative aspects of a recent MSC cruise. What I Loved: Amazing Staff: My state room attendant provided the best service I've ever experienced on a cruise! In addition, most staff members were friendly and helpful, with short wait times at bars. Great Value: The cruise offered a beautiful and clean ship at a competitive price. Top-notch ...

Guest service was not great, I called three times the day we arrived on the boat to let them know that there were four people in our room and the room was only set up for three. They didn't come until 9:30 that night. Since then it's been a downhill struggle. By the second day our room was out of toilet paper. In the morning I called and asked for more toilet paper to be brought, we came back to ...

I am not sure where to start but I have many points I would like to express First hygienic wise The Rooms were not cleaned properly Bed sheets and cover were not changed on a daily basis neither was it changed on arrival from the previous guest and not only that when we kept asking for changing bed sheets and cover we were informed that bed sheets were only changed once in the whole ...

Stay off the Epic

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Epic

The Epic is by far the worst ship in the Norwegian line. This cruise it was loaded down with about 4300 passengers. I was totally incapable of accommodating this number of passengers. The lines were endless and everywhere. A number of things did not work. Average wait time for a drink on the pool deck 20 minutes. Finding a chair impossible. Finding a seat in the buffet, almost impossible. ...
