Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seashore

Guest service was not great, I called three times the day we arrived on the boat to let them know that there were four people in our room and the room was only set up for three. They didn't come until 9:30 that night. Since then it's been a downhill struggle. By the second day our room was out of toilet paper. In the morning I called and asked for more toilet paper to be brought, we came back to ...

Terrible! This is not my first cruise and this experience was terrible. All of the staff were rude, the food was terrible and they closed things like the bbq place, the burger place and some of the bars very early (about 6pm). I have never had such an experience. My elderly mother was in the buffet at breakfast and told an employee that they were out of coffee and he said “go somewhere else.” The ...

NCL has fallen a long way!!!!!!!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Jade

I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. Terrible entertainment with no real production show. Food in there free restaurants was awful. Again ...

This was my first cruise on Norwegian, but my 16th cruise overall. It was my favorite! The crew were ALL friendly, enthusiastic and fun. The food was good, service great, and the activities fun. Shout out to Patrick and Bruno (entertainment,) the waiters and bartenders from Topsider, Edwin and his fellow coffee singer, and Miss Washy-Washy! We bought 8 vouchers for CruiseNext and can’t wait to ...

This was my first platinum cruise the perks were great. I read reviews on this ship prior and took it with a grain of salt. This is my review . I do not like to complain i work in customer service and the whole world is short handed ,but this was the worst cruise i ever cruised on.carnival needs to step it up!! i have been on freedom in the past. MSC SEASHORE YACHT CLUB

We boarded on 4-7 I will start with the good, which was overwhelmingly positive. Then I will get into the not so good. The embarkation process was lovely. Smooth and fast. The room was perfect, SO much space. Our butler, Roselyn, introduced herself and while she was rather rushed (she had a lot of rooms to deal with) she was lovely and attentive. Our Junior Butler was ...

I just rejoined Cruise Critic after a long absence. My wife and I are taking about 2 cruises per month on Carnival and Royal. We live 30 min from Port Canaveral. The Allure is a beautiful ship with a great staff. Everyday, we were met with smiles whether it was the front desk, the casino, or the Foodjammer . We were greeted by name in some of the shops and the casino also. This was our Diamond+ ...

The ship is beautiful, the staff exceptionally friendly, food excellent. But there are misses. The App is a PITA. If you don’t buy an online package, you know, to try to detox from social media, you will be so frustrated with even the app service. An no written itineraries with events so you have to find and watch and wait for a slow scroll of events in the hall or go to your room and navigate ...

Exceeded my expectations

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Allure of the Seas

Many time cruiser but first on the Royal mega-size. Exceeded expectations, yes there are 6000 people but they're spread out and there are some nice places to hang out without crowds like the Central Park. Had five grandchildren along (ages 3 to 14) and they all found fun things to do. Coco Cay day was impacted by cold rain but I'm sure when the weather is nice it's even better. Liked the ...

It was easy to get on and off the ship. I had an inside cabin which was surprisingly roomy. The only thing bad about it was it is very dark and when you wake up you have no idea what time it is so bring a night light and a watch or phone. Beds were extremely comfortable. My assigned steward was absolutely wonderful. The bathroom has liquid body soap and shampoo, but no conditioner. There was ...
