Worst cruise we've ever been on!

Due to having to use tenders, one port was canceled. At the other two, it took hours to re-board. The cruise director did a TERRIBLE job of communicating in Cozumel. Yes, there were a lot of ships which I understand makes it more congested. However, they refused to communicate over the loudspeakers as to how we were to disembark on the tenders, leading to mass confusion. It took us 4 hours to get ...

Bad food couldn't find decent food tried multiple resturaunts ate at Brazilian buffet waited 10min btw meats to come around and was not busy Italian resturaunt sauce was bland pasta was thick and hard. Buffet food was same bland no flavour. Other than the regular menu items anything else never tasted right. Most of the food looked good but never tasted like it should. I'm not a picky eater but ...

I have been on many cruises - all have been Carnival except I 2. I always choose Carnival because they are "FUN". We chose The Breeze for the itinerary. Truely wish I had stuck to a smaller ship. Not sure if the size of the ship accounts for the poor quality of food, poor service and lack of "FUN" on the Lido Deck. But this was only the minor part of disappointment. The Breeze has ...

The timing worked out for this cruise as we were planning to be in Orlando at this time and this cruise was leaving Port Canaveral. Also, we had never taken an NCL cruise so after over 20 cruises on five other lines we wanted to try this one. We opted for the Sail Away oceanview state room. This allowed NCL to select our room. In spite of the words in their disclaimer we never thought they ...

My daughter-in-law chose this to see it such a great time on their last cruise however, we found this ship to be overcrowded with very few amenities. They call it freestyle however we need to get reservations for all shows comedy clubs and dinners. We tried to do them all online however it would not allow us to do several we had to wait until we were on the ship and do it by phone. The Buffett was ...

Took an NCL Western Caribbean cruise last year and wanted to share experience with family...what a mistake!! The food presentation was good but taste was very low quality. The desserts were the worst! Even the breakfast pancakes were clearly packaged and not fresh. Looooong waits between courses, 2 hrs+ for dinner. We chose dining rooms because it was the best of the worst. We did complain to ...

The staff provided very good service. Our butler and cabin attendant did a great job. The entertainment was very good and the food was good. However, My wife and I contracted a ship-borne virus on the afternoon of the 4th day of the cruise. We both received numerous injections and 2 days of IV medications, after two trips to the Medical Center in wheelchairs. We spent the remainder of the ...

The entire cruise seemed to be focused around getting people as drunk as possible so they do not pay attention to the overcrowded ship with very poor options when it comes to entertainment and activities. Boasting the smallest pool on the seven seas, you would have to wake up at 4 am to get a decent spot at the pool. I didn’t see the staff remove anyone’s items from the lounge chairs when they ...

The ship was clean the cabins were nice but limited storage for your clothes. The food was sub par and you were served the same thing everyday unless you paid extra in the specialty restaurants. I couldn't wait for each port to get off the ship so we could have a decent meal. The crew on this ship were the most miserable and rude bunch of people I have ever seen on a cruise, They NEVER ...

Our family of 12 chose the Norwegian Breakaway for our Christmas Cruise. We had eight adults and four children ranging in ages 11 to 17. We were so excited to go on this Cruise and planned for over 12 months. Boy were we disappointed! In general, the boat seemed severely understaffed. Service at the restaurants and at the bars were incredibly slow. At times we waited over 30 minutes for a ...
