Never Again!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Escape

First off, the ship was way too crowded. You can't walk out of the stateroom without having to push people away. The main pool was literally more human than the actual water in the pool. The slides and ropes coarse were closed the whole time for some reason, and we were charged random daily fees that we didn't know about ($80 a day). Worst of all, we didn't even go to our last location because of ...

Bimini cruise The room stewart was great he did such a good job. We had a balcony room it was really clean, the chairs outside were in great shape. So let talk food, needless to say it was very hit or miss, never once did we have a hot breakfast the rest of the food was luke warm or cold. If want to eat after any kind of entertainment forget it nothing is open. Tables never cleaned off had to ...

Horrible Cruise from start to finish!!!

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Freedom

This cruise from start to finish was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced! - over crowded pools and hot tubs. Was not a safe situation! Especially in the hot tubs. Never went in even once! - long lines for food! Much of it was over cooked! - Customer service line was constantly long, no matter what times of day. - Yes this was the cruise that caught fire!!! Deck 9 was a mess, ...

Flight Cancelled With No Refund from NCL

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Escape

User Avatar

The budget cutting on NCL shows for passengers who have cruised NCL before. For example, there are no hash browns at breakfast and they are not available by request, even in the sit down restaraunts. The entertainment (Choir of Man) is fine and in line with other companies, but it is not the exceptional entertainment that NCL used to be known for. The food in the main dining rooms has been pared ...

Worst cruise ever

We have went on several cruises with Norwegian and Royal Caribbean, but not Carnival Freedom. We had several issues before leaving with CF after we did an upgrade to our room. They charges us again for soda and gratuities after the upgrade. Please make sure that you understand it is a bubbles soda package(CF doesn't tell you it is just pepsi products)- We paid for extra for a suite with extra ...

My purse was stolen while waiting to disembark the ship in florida. i told the security staff who was scanning the room cards for people leaving the ship. They scanned my roommate's card then looked at me making sure my face matched then deleted me from their system making it look like i was no longer on the ship. i was in a total panic! I was not allowed to retrace my steps to look for it since ...

We went on a family cruise and this ship was extremely overcrowded and you never could get a table for breakfast! It's literally elbow to elbow! Very overwhelming! Also the fine dining food was very disappointing and nothing special. There wasn't anything for kids to do and all the shows were packed and boring! This cruise is not kid friendly nor fun for anyone. We were very disappointed and will ...

Awful

This was an all around bad experience. Maybe the worst vacation I've ever been on actually. We are new to cruising, and had very high hopes. Choose not to disembark at a stop and nothing is open during the day- even though the weather was awful and most people didn't leave the boat. All the restaurants shut down mid day, the Flow rider is closed, the basketball court is constantly closed or ...

ATROCIOUS- DO NOT BOOK ON THIS CRUISE Line

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Liberty

Shortest version- Cruise cancels 1 day off of trip, you now spend hours in line to be told to go to a kiosk, which was out of order. Receive E- Mail stating that I would receive a Pro-Rated REFUND for a missing day. They never sent it, and then was informed by customer service that it would not refund me but give me credit???, no discussion. OK, This is what you should be worried about if you ...
