I should have done my homework before I subjected my family to the EPIC. Embarkation was painless but waiting 3 hours for your stateroom to be ready was painful.

After several cruises in Europe, we really wanted to visit the Caribbean. NCL seemed as good a choice as others. We went for the itinerary.
In short; the ship and service was great. Although she felt somewhat 'outdated' to us.
We had a nice aft balcony stateroom.

Disappointment in the quality of this cruise. This is my third NCL and 5th cruise and was the least enjoyable of my experience. The staff was frequently rude in numerous departments. The cruise has a great variety of things to do and always keeps you well fed. There is a main dining hall that has included breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also ALOT of bars, restaurants and entertainment onboard. Writing this review it is important that i specify we had the "Free at sea package"
