My wife and I just recently travelled with MSC and we loved it! The staff was very kind and hard working, the shows were great, shopping and restaurants were amazing. Food that was free was a bit bland, but again, that food was free. I feel obligated to leave a good review after experiencing such great time with great staff on board.
Boarding process were easy. People were helpful. When we ...
I decided to try this cruise line based on price and availability. I will start with booking, the check-in process with this company is terrible, Customer service agents give you different answers depending on the day. Upon arriving at port Canaveral we were greeted with long lines power outages and rude customer service at the ushers. Once we finally got on board, we were greeted with an ...
MSC claims to be focused on passengers and claim they are elevating the cruise experience.
Our MSC experience was exactly the opposite.
The CONS - Wait...wait...and wait again! We heard the ship was under staff by 500 but every time we asked a staff member they insisted that the ship was at full compliment. Perhaps they would have been better served by claiming to be understaffed, we ...
We had been on Harmony 4 years ago and wanted to go on one in this class, and dates and length of cruise worked for us. Friends of ours that had never been on a cruise wanted to go with us, so I chose the Harmony. We all enjoyed everything about it. There were a few things that have changed: Menu options in the dining room were fewer but there was always something we all liked, there was a lobster ...
Did an 11 day back to back last month on the Meraviglia. First time on MSC. Getting on the ship was fast and easy. The ship is nice, big, clean and lots of cool features. We did a Bella class balcony on 14th floor which included at booking time the easy plus drink pkge and wifi. The room was nice, room steward Joey was amazing. bring a power adapter so you can use more of the plugs in the room. ...
We went with wife's brother and his wife to give MSC a try. Overall we were happy with MSC and we will cruise with them again.
Arriving at Port Canaveral we dropped our luggage and parked around 11am. The only line we encountered was outside the port building before security. The line moved quickly. Once past security we were directed to the Diamond line and within about 10 minutes were ...

We booked 5 days before sailing, we know MSC is not the best. We are Diamond members with RCCL and Platinum with NCL. I know Carnival is thankful MSC has entered the Caribbean Market because Carnival is no longer the worst.
1st Day - Dinner took 2 hours and 10 minutes and we didn't get dessert. We never had any cabin service our first night.
The first show was ok because of the music. The ...
The activities on the cruise provided a variety - there was a theater show you could attend, a white party one night, a beach party, and the lighthouse show on their private island in Ocean Cay which was fun, and several bars on board you could choose from.
The restaurants was alright - the steakhouse was my favorite, followed by the Hibachi style restaurant but requires a reservation. The ...
Isn't it a shame that a ship this beautiful, with a staff that is clearly dedicated to excellence, is forced to operate under circumstances that reflect so poorly and unfairly on them? Our embarkation went smoothly with a 14:30 appointment but reports I heard from earlier passengers was that it was a madhouse for them. MSC seems to be the Southwest Airlines of the cruise industry when it comes to ...
