The staff were always kind and helpful. The ship was VERY clean and safe. My main complaint is that 85% of the seats in the English pub POKE YOU on both sides when you try to sit in them. This cruise was way too crowded for comfort. The pool chairs we always full. There is no splash pad and no babies allowed in the pool.
