Embarkation was easy with the KEY program. We arrived around 11am and were brought right onto the ship even though our rooms weren't ready until about 1pm. For starters, all of the negative complaints on here are more than likely from people who have nothing else better to do with their time but complain. The ship is out in the ocean 365 days a year, it will have rust. There will be wear and tear on the furniture in the rooms. Stop being so nit-picky and just enjoy yourselves!
