The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

We chose Royal Caribbean based of off the vibrant brochure and commercials we wanted to go on a cruise thought wld be full of excitement. First off our room was incredibly small the shower was very small the shower head would fall off and the water didn't go down the drain completely which left it with a uncomfortable smell. The bed is like sleeping on the floor extremely painful to sleep on. Dont ...

My husband and I have never been on a cruise before. There is not enough communication by the ship or crew. We didn't know the first thing about cruising and or the charges. This was the most expensive vacation we have every been on we suffered charges after charges. Would you like internet? charge... would you like a better dinner than the buffet? charge. Would you like to do something when ...

This was my first Royal Caribbean cruise and I was so excited about it. We departed on a Friday at 4 PM and came back on Monday at 8 AM from Port Canaveral. The boarding process was simple and easy. Other than that, what a disappointment. We were in an adjoining ocean view room on the 4th floor next to the elevators. The design of the ship is terrible as there was a walking track right above our ...

Great Food and Entertainment; Terrible Customer Service at Disembarkation

Did a 4-day Enchantment Cruise in February. Used Port Canaveral. One day at sea, one at private island (Coco Cay), one in Nassau. Nothing new to add from other reviews. However, there were a few noteworthy positives and one overwhelming negative: There were two particularly positive aspects of our cruise on the Enchantment (our seventh RC cruise). The food was incredible. Quality was ...

Me and my partner went on this cruise for a getaway weekend and the overall review of the ship was poor. Our best time we had was off the ship at our excursions. I have been on 9 other cruises and this was by far the worst cruising experience. Food: Poor, there were only three main places to eat where the food was bland and they actually announced to leave the dining room when finished because ...

Something has definately changed with RC and not for the better. I have been loyal to royal however, the last few cruises with them have been terrible. My last cruise happened to be my very first in carnival and unfortunately I spent this cruise wishing I was back on the carnival ship. Our stateroom was fine, had an inside room which we prefer. Asked for an extension cord and extra pillows qnd ...

Bland food, Few activities, missed COCOCAY

Picked the cruise for the date and port. Service is very good but the staff looks exhausted. Few activities. Activities manager is not happy with annoying customers. Missed CoCoCay due to weather. RC does not advertise how many times they miss CoCoCay which is billed as the highlight of the cruise. Nassau is not good. Blue Lagoon was not well maintained and they reserve the only good part of the ...

This was our 3rd Royal Caribbean cruise and our second onboard this ship - our maiden cruise was onboard this ship and it was great. 3 years later the ship is old and worn. First issue was the weather, it was windy and cold when we left Cape Canaveral and didn't much improve over the next 3 days, so we missed the CocoCay stop. I understand this is not something RC controls and it's really a ...

Enchantment 12-3-18, disappointment

We went with brother and his wife who usually cruise Carnival. We have been trying to get them onto RC for several years. Well this was not a ship for first impressions. The staff tried, but with the limited resources, they couldn't make up for the many deficiencies. The ship is very dated, with a lot of rust and dirt (even the fake plants in the solarium were very dirty & dusty. Looked like they ...
