The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

We have been on many cruises. First time on Royal Caribbean. Worse, boring, and not friendly Cruise ever!! No entertainment on the pool area deck. The DJ was terrible in the Viking Lodge ,stopped the music, and turned on all bright lights every time someone spilt a drop or dropped a drink. The centerium area of the boat was mostly dead and the bar was design were your back was to entertainment ...

I choose this cruise because of the destination and the pictures on the web. However, I quickly found out that this boat was not at all how it looked on the site. The paint was peeling on the wall of the boat inside and out. Crew was painting areas of the boat throughout the trip. The boat had nothing exciting to do. The arcade only had 4 games. It was the size of a closet. The pool was over run ...

This cruise was absolutely terrible, this was me and my husbands first cruise experience the cruise ship is so unorganized. The cruise never told us anything about downloading an app that tells you the time of everything and also did not supply us with Times of dinner, breakfast, or lunch. The last day of the cruise we got a bill with everything we had purchased they ran my card for the drink ...

We were originally booked on Majesty OTS and when Royal moved her to Tampa we were placed on Enchantment OTS and told there would be a cost to move with the ship so we decided to check her out. We missed the fact that there was no C & A Top Tier Party. Also no champagne at the Captain's welcome. The weather was bad so we missed Coco Cay and we were told that we could not go there on our ...

Pretty bad experience on this cruise.... Firstly the ship is pretty small, and a little dated. Ok where do i start, we were not treated well at all by our stateroom person, he was not ever polite, never greeted us period, and only said good morning to us last morning as we were leaving after i had conversation with him prior day about his lack of manners. The internet which is called "voom" is no ...

Vacation post 3weeks in America finishing with back to back cruises. Maybe we should of realised that an itinerary which only went to Coco Cay and Nassau x2 in one week was not the best. The ship itself is very tired and well past it’s best with the gym equipment needing maintenance to the Spotlight lounge being closed ( short staffed?). A karaoke night in a bar which was the through way from the ...

On July 9, my family, friends and I embarked on a family reunion cruise vacation onboard the Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas cruise ship. This vacation had been planned for over a year. We worked through our travel agent, Vicki Briggs. Initially, our cruise was planned on the Majesty of the Seas ship, but due to a repositioning by Royal Caribbean, our ship was changed to the Enchantment ...

Awful!

This cruise was awful. The ships decor looked like an old Las Vegas casino. Horrible and outdated. Our room was dingy and very small. Cigarette burns in the furniture. The bed felt like a board with a blanket on it for padding. The food was really bad. All carbs in the Windjammer. Nothing in the food was outstanding. We purchased deluxe drink packages yet very little good quality alcohol was ...

Service was great but I don’t like being “nickel and dimed” to death. We don’t drink or gamble so there wasn’t much to do. Kids area had to pay for arcade games and their “area” was a 500sf? room with one fooseball table, a couch and a tv. My kids were NOT excited. Paid an 80% gratuity on CocoCay for a couple of pineapple drinks and no sign was posted about the extra charge. Beds are hard, rooms ...
