The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Absolute Disappointment

This was my first Royal Caribbean cruise and I was so excited about it. We departed on a Friday at 4 PM and came back on Monday at 8 AM from Port Canaveral. The boarding process was simple and easy. Other than that, what a disappointment. We were in an adjoining ocean view room on the 4th floor next to the elevators. The design of the ship is terrible as there was a walking track right above our ...

This cruise was from a supplier so it was a free trip. The main dining area was excellent. The drink package was included,so this was good. On the other cruises we have been on room service was included, not on this one. We had movies on the television all the time, not so on this one.The cruise entertainment just a way to stay busy again not great. The dinning experience was very good for ...

Aging ship, still a great time.

My husband and I chose a short cruise on a small ship just to have a quick getaway from the freezing temperatures we have been experiencing this winter. Enchantment is clearly an older ship that could use some updating, but we had a great time and perfect weather. Port Canaveral is great, we love cruising out of this area as it is so laid back and easy to navigate. Took a shuttle from the ...

We have sailed on my RCCL ships and have enjoyed all of our cruises This ship, however, needs to be taken out of commission for stem to stern maintenance and refurbishment. The hull is covered with rust. There is rust around many of the windows. The windows are dirty. The pool areas are grubby. The furniture in our cabin was shabby and gouged. The food aboard is typical for Royal ...

This ship, while a bit dated is still a BEAUTIFUL ship! Very clean and the staff is super friendly!! The food was amazing whether dining all you can eat or choosing one of the specialty restaurants. We did choose one night at Chops Grill and it exceeded our expectations. Our jr suite was wonderful, comfortable and clean! The bathroom is spacious! We enjoyed every single minute of our ...

Cruised with family on this four day trip. I wont go so far as to say, it wasn't bad, but I certainly expected more. We rented a Junior Suite and it was adequate with an excellent stateroom attendant named Daniel. The food was average, at best. The buffet food area was small and during dining hours, it was so crowded, you had to stand in a long line to get the dish you wanted. There was one ...

Just got back from a 3 night cruise. Overall we had a fantastic experience. This was our 4th cruise and first with RCL (2 Celebrity and a princess before). We are a 40 year old couple from the US. We plan to check out other RCL ships for a future cruise with our child. --we did the online pre-check in process. we ignored the time we were forced to choose for embarking and showed up early at ...

Originally got a cruise voucher for taking a time share tour (horrible experience) so wasn’t sure what to expect. We paid extra to upgrade to a balcony room with drink package and stayed the night before in Port Canaveral. From the moment we showed up at RC’s cruise terminal until we boarded the large staff went out of there way to ease the process. We registered /checked in ahead of time and ...

This was our 7th cruise, we have sailed Seabourn, Paul Gauguin, Holland America, carnival, and this was the third time on RCCL. It was 4 nights we were on deck 7 with a balcony. Room was as we expected, small but had plenty of storage. We also found it very quiet. We ate most meals in the main dining room and they were good, not great. The wait staff was excellent. We also enjoyed the food in the ...

We selected this cruise because we love royal Caribbean cruise line and we need a quick vacation to give us a break from the cold. I’ll keep it short. Pro’s Great food Excellent staff Clean ship Beautiful areas to stop in for excursions or just leaving the ship Organized staff and services Cons Not much to do, not enough ship activities Old, old ship. Everyone was ...
