Having only ever sailed on Norwegian before, I went into this cruise with a good idea of what I did and didn't like and Disney blew me out of the water.
First, the check in process was very quick and easy. Even the customs/security agents were very polite and helpful. All in all, it was about a 30 minute process to get everything squared away and get ready to get on the ship.

Just got back 3 days ago. It was my first cruise in 20 years. It was the first cruise for my wife and 2 children (ages 11 and 6). Full disclosure: We are huge Disney fans.
