I boarded Liberty as a handicap person, but was dismayed that there were only 3 wheelchairs in use. After waiting more than an hour, I proceeded on foot. This was the only criticism that I had. Cabin: Well appointed and roomy, with balcony that wasn't used much due to the coolness in April crossing the Atlantic.
