My family was giving a cruise as a graduation gift. It was her first cruise and it was so great! The ship was so impressive; especially the laser light show and the line dance that when from top to bottom of the ship at the party, and the Serenity deck made for the perfect relaxing place to hide. The ports were so beautiful and the weather couldn't have been any better. The staff went above board ...

The cruise was great enjoyed it but there were a few problems. 1. Port Canaveral departing : It took forever the employees were doing everything they could but I dont think Carnival was set up at the dock for that many people..I can not walk or stand for long periods and had to get a wheel chair.. We arrived at the correct time and still had to wait over an hour and a half. 2. Loved the Cove ...

Embarkation was fairly simple. They had 2 ladies checking in a room full of Diamond, Platinum, and Suite Guests and finally someone from another area came to get us and check us in. My biggest complaint was the ship could not handle everyone eating lunch and embarking was an absolute nightmare. Took us 20 minutes to find a seat! Pool hogs get their chairs at 7am and only once did I see Carnival ...

Embarkation - We arrived at the port around 12:30, and we were on the ship in 30 minutes. Embarkation was very smooth and quick. Uneventful and quick. Ports - Nassau - Our least favorite port. We spent the day on Carnival's Bemoral Island Beach break with lunch. We spent the day on an island in the Bahamas. How bad could it be. Wasn't too impressed. Not much to do except to sit on the beach (not ...

First off we had a great cruise. I would highly recommend this ship and this itinerary. So myself (male 48 years young) and my 3 kids (17 M, 15 F and 13 F) stayed in an interior cabin on deck 8, Verandah, with 2 uppers and 2 lower bunks. This was also my 1st cruise. We camp and stay in a trailer so we we're accustom to dealing with a small room but we were pleased with the cabin size. We all ...

This was our 7th Carnival cruise, 2nd on the Dream. This was a springbreak cruise with a teenage 17 year old son and 7 year old daughter. We drove from Ontario and arrived Friday afternoon. Stay at Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach and parked at the port. Embarkation was smooth and efficient at 12:30. Rooms were not ready until 1:30 which is not bad but we have been on Carnival cruises (Glory) where rooms ...

We go to Florida every year at this time and stay at a resort home, We have a 14 year old and 16 year old that just can’t keep entertained without going out and doing other things outside the resort. I feel like I am their personal program director. This year we decided to go on a cruise with the kids and we chose Carnival Dream, we thought there will be lots of kids and things to do for them ...

Carnival Dream was okay.  Meals were okay. Breakfasts were normally made to order omelets and they were good. Lunches were from the buffet (one brunch at the main dining room), decent food and choices. The brunch was fine but not worth taking a long time in the dining room to eat. Dinners were just okay, not bad but nothing really worth writing home about either. My biggest complaint with dinners ...

We sailed on the Dream March 8-15. We booked FTTF but since the bridge got stuck, by the time we got to embarkation there were no lines and so FTTF didn't help with boarding. We did get to go right to our cabin (balcony 8436) and drop our stuff off and head up to lunch. Food - didn't love the buffet at lunch - the indian was good and so was the wok if you were willing to wait 40 minutes. My ...

*** First off.... when you come from the hotel and need to put your baggage with the crew to load..... I got harassed about 5 times that they take donations (the crew bagging for a tip) when i complained to customer service they said they were not supposed to ask there union workers and on top of that they were just doing there job. they did no special treatment for my luggage. *** I can feel the ...
