Coming back from Cozumel which was a blast. This rainbow showed up from the ship crashing the water with a little sunshine to add. The sea was nice to us leaving Cozumel.

Enjoyed the Eastern Caribbean ports San Juan, Turks, St Thomas, Amber Cove

We chose this cruise for the ports and mid winter break. The disembarkation at the ports was excellent. That could not be said for the end of the cruise at Port Canaveral. Apparently there were issues with the gangplank having to be reset. After cruising on the Spirit, the Sunshine and the Paradise I would say this one fell short in both the food choice & preparation in the lido buffet, ...

Best Carnival Ship So Far

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Breeze

We selected this cruise so that we could revisit Cozumel, Belize and Roatan. The Breeze was resently refurbised and the decor was far nicer that any Carnival ship that we have been on. It had muted and tasteful colors which is a departure from their usual scheme. The food was also far better than we've previously experienced. We were pleased with all of our meals and service. Instead of the ...

Amazing first cruise! Eastern Caribbean on The Breeze!

This was our first cruise and one of our last family vacations before our oldest goes to college. We chose the week of President's day because NY has the week off for winter break. The itinerary was also a deciding factor for the cruise. It was the Eastern Caribbean with port stops in Amber Cove, St Thomas, San Juan-PR, and Grand Turk. Weather was warm and sunny. There was always high ...

Eastern Caribbean 7 day Cruise

My husband and I sailed on the Carnival Breeze for 7 days in February 2020. We had warm and sunny weather, but the winds were high resulting in the ship being very rocky the majority of the trip. I'm talking like losing your footing in hallways and the being physically rocked to sleep in your bed. We had to take nausea medication daily. We talked to people who have been on 20+ cruises and ...

My family DH,DS, son's girlfriend traveled together on this cruise. It has been a couple of years since we traveled on Carnival, last two years have been on NCL. We decided to give Carnival another try due to the price. Overall the trip was good. We did notice a decline in the quality of the dining room food, but the chocolate melting cake was just as good. We love Guys Burgers and the Blue ...

I traveled with my family of 6 and two other families for a total of 7 adults and 10 kids ages 3-13. We found the embarkation process quick and easy. Our rooms were comfortable (our family had adjoining rooms) with plenty of storage space - be sure to check under the sofa for two big drawers. Our room steward - Ma'Mun - was friendly and attentive. I was surprised to discover that he knew our ...

Breezin' through a Journeys Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Breeze

This was a 14 day Journeys cruise. With mostly older passengers and a ton of Platinum & Diamond sailing it was not your typical cruise. Embarkation was a dream. Debarkation was a nightmare...because of so many platinum (which I am ) and Diamond guests all trying to get off the ship ASAP when we docked in Port Canaveral. Not a normal situation but one I feel Carnival staff could have been ...

Great Cruise but missing the attention to details

This cruise was chosen as a Christmas holiday cruise with the family and celebrating a 50th Birthday as well. There were 4 of us and we had optioned for 2 rooms. Overall the cruise was a fun getaway to some amazing ports of call. I will have to say embarkation and disembarkation was better than I ever could have imagined. We literally were off the ship and in the shuttle in under 30 minutes by ...

Fun never ends on Carnival but beware port Amber Cove

Taking my brother-in-law on the first cruise for his upcoming 70ty birthday. I wanted him to have fun and it is endless on a Carnival cruise. However, our first port experience was such a bummer it became an overwhelming complaint point in every conversation we shared with others on the ship. The destination called Amber Cove is not worth getting off the ship. It is the first cruise stop so ...

Enjoyable Eastern Caribbean Cruise on the Carnival Breeze

OVERALL: This was our seventh cruise with Carnival, our first on the Breeze. We try to take Christmas cruises, but this year couldn't make the schedule work so we chose an early December departure from Port Canaveral. We were not disappointed. For the most part, our fellow passengers were much more polite and well-behaved than those we normally encounter on Christmas cruises. This was perhaps ...
