Decent cruise, just needs to be kicked up a notch!
"My wife and I aren't "frequent" cruisers per se, but we have been on four now, so we have some frame-of-reference. Are we 'button-wearing, battle-hardened Platinum members"? No, but we've been around the block..."Read More

2-5 Cruises

My husband and I booked this cruise for our anniversary. We wanted to try one of the mega ships and we are glad we chose Harmony of the Seas. There was so much to do and see on Harmony. This cruise was the last cruise before the Covid shut down so we got very lucky. Due to weather our cruise was moved from an Eastern Caribbean Cruise to a Western Caribbean Cruise. Our hope was to visit new ...

This was our second time on RCL and it was nice! We usually cruise with Carnival, however our family member was to be married on this cruise. So we boarded the largest ship we had ever cruised. The Harmony is a huge ship. The ship is decorated with modern art. The main floor has the HEAD! This art piece is a large head that turn in various directions. (see pictures) It was ...

BACKGROUND INFORMATION This was a fun, 3-day getaway to the Bahamas on the spectacular Harmony of the Seas! This was the first voyage of the Harmony out of her new home port of Orlando (Port Canaveral). For PC, it was a significant event to have the Harmony home ported there. Being her first voyage out of PC, we received a ceremonial send off with a 3 fireboat escort – water fountaining ...

This was our second year on the Breeze. We even had the same Balcony cabin on Deck 6. We love the location mid ship. I was on a cane, from Back Surgery only 8 weeks earlier, And it was mid point to anywhere on the ship and I needed to walk a lot, and location made it a comfortable walk. Our cabin was always clean and inviting. We loved our balcony and spent a lot of time on it. ...

My sister and I had both never been on a cruise and decided we would try one together since noone else in either of our families want to go. We had a great price and I got some on board credit with my purchase so I was happy. We embarked in about 20 minutes. No issues at all. I was nervous what to expect and other than the fact that the security people from the port were a little rude (think ...

Overall good experience

In general I think Disney does a terrific job of embarkation and disembarkation compared to other cruise lines I’ve experienced. There is a line to stand in to get your initial embarkation “ticket”, and the woman who served us was a bit of an idiot, including writing the wrong stateroom numbers on our boarding passes, but otherwise it was smooth. The only other thing which was TERRIBLY annoying ...

Overall I enjoyed this cruise experience. Some things I really enjoyed about the Carnival Liberty were: 1) The inside stateroom (8250) was plenty roomy enough and everything worked as it should. Some newer ships have much smaller inside rooms, but on the Liberty it was a perfect size. Not cramped for 2 adults. I also like that you can order a 12 pack of water prior to the cruise for a ...

My hubby and I decided to do the NCL Breakaway for our 10-year anniversary. We have done two other NCL ships in the past, this was the best yet! Cabin: We got upgraded into a handicap accessible room for some odd reason and were we’re shocked when we walked in and saw the size of the cabin. It was HUGE! We had a nice balcony and enough space to even have a lounger on the patio next to the ...

My parents took us on this cruise as a way to introduce us to one of their favorite past times. While it wasn’t flawless, it was incredible and we cannot wait to cruise again! HIGHLIGHTS: staff, beautiful ship, fun atmosphere, cabin LOWLIGHTS: leaving :( The first two days of the trip were rough seas. The ship’s staff did everything they could to help make us comfortable. 4/5 of us did ...

We chose this cruise for the ports and mid winter break. The disembarkation at the ports was excellent. That could not be said for the end of the cruise at Port Canaveral. Apparently there were issues with the gangplank having to be reset. After cruising on the Spirit, the Sunshine and the Paradise I would say this one fell short in both the food choice & preparation in the lido buffet, ...
