Great Service, Great Food on Allure

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Allure of the Seas

We returned from a 4-night cruise on Allure. It's still a great ship about to go into much-needed dry dock. The good: 1. Embarkation and debarkation. The cruise port staff is wonderful. Parking at the port wasn't too bad when the garage opened at 10:00 a.m. We had The Key and it was worth the money for boarding the ship early, as well as the wonderful disembarkation day breakfast ...

Issue after issue especially with my onboard account and plumbing my room smelt ike sewage the entire time( I was on the 7th deck) I have had to go down to guest services half a dozen times now to fix my onboard account and now I'm having issues with charges in the casino that I didn't make it's been non-stop problems since I got on. There have been great things too(shows) it's a beautiful boat ...

We booked our first cruise with our daughter (3 1/2) on the Wonder of the Seas. We watched a lot of videos on YouTube and were full of joy. We actually booked the completely carefree package. That means all drinks included for me and my wife (about $1000) and WIFI, because of course I had to do some work and at least wanted to answer my email. The parking we also booked was problem-free. The ...

A positive and nice time.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seashore

We had sailed once each on Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and Carnival so although not super experienced cruisers, we have a frame of reference on how other cruise lines perform. Embarkation was incredible. In particular because my wife lost her cell phone in Orlando and since I did not have the boarding copies on my phone, we were arriving blind. It might have cost us 90 seconds as most in check ...

Horrible ship to cruise.

I found so many bad things in this cruise. Cold food in dinings and buffet. Lack of cleanest. Even found piece of burnt plastic in Buffett food. Had to call attendant to clean my room, full of hair and dirty from previous passengers. Room bathroom extremely small, to sit in the toilet gave to be sideways due to proximity to vanity. Not space for your legs. Also the shower is so small that ...

Tailored for younger people

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Vista

This cruise would get a much higher rating had we known at booking that this cruise was not what we wanted. Vista is highly rated for outdoor sports and activities. I am retirement age and look primarily for food, excursions, and traditional athletic activities like weights and saunas. The cruise was geared to younger people. The food quality was overall under-performing except at formal ...

Great but Some Minor Improvements Needed

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

Great ship in good shape but with some minor improvements needed. Embarkation- simple and easy. From entering the terminal to getting on the ship was 15 minutes. They really have this down to a science. The ship- older but mostly clean and in good shape. Adventure is solidly in the mid-size category for RCI. It's big enough to not feel cramped and doesn't feel crowded except in the ...

Haven Not Worth It

The Haven is not worth the money. First day we were forgotten and waited a very long time to be helped, there was a stain on my son’s bed, in room phone wouldn’t stay charged most of the time so if we needed anything we had to find our butler, we had the drink package but if we ordered drinks to our room we would be charged, no free laundry services, empty mini fridge, warm welcome champagne, ...

Good Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Norwegian Jade

Our cruise was great. The weather was sunny and warm. The ship was well maintained and they had a very friendly crew. Shows and entertainment were very good. Only two disappointments: The first one was that the Garden Buffet too small and there was not a great selection of food options. The second one: the casino did not have a non-smoking area, reeked of smoke and was very dark and uninviting ...

This was our first ever cruise , home now with Covid which isn't NCL fault , Food was very much same every day ( got boring ) unless your eating in the specialty restaurants , Le bistro was by far the best meal , went to the MODERNO CHURRASCARIA which was awful , chicken was served and was blood raw in parts , side dishes of potato etc was served 20 minutes before anything else so was cold ...
